As most of the items are handmade to order, i am are unable to refund or exchange if you change your mind or order incorrect sizes. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days and I can review a return and refund option.
Shipping costs on return items are at the cost of the buyer. A refund will be processed upon receiving the return item, less the cost of the shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the problem is not major, i will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it can not be repaired in a reasonable timeframe you can choose a refund or replacement.
